29 Katha Residence

Developed by 1point6D Holdings, the 29 Katha Residence brings the studio's climate-first thinking to the scale of a neighbourhood. Brick-clad towers step back as they rise, carving out terraces and verandas that keep every home in touch with light and air.

At ground level a community space, lobby and landscaped driveway give residents a shared front garden; above, an open terrace and swimming pool turn the upper floors into a place to gather.

For landowners

Your land, in proportion.

In a joint venture you contribute the land; we design, build and share the finished homes with you. We reinterpret the model around identity, comfort and landowner value — stepped terraces become backyards in the sky, façades become a signature, and equity becomes architecture.

  1. 01

    Read the land

A site visit and a study of sun, wind, access and what the plot can hold.

  2. 02

    Find its proportion

Feasibility and concept design — massing, unit mix and each party's share.

  3. 03

    Agree, transparently

A joint-venture agreement with clear timelines, specifications and handover terms.

  4. 04

    Build and hand over

Approvals, construction and quality managed through to the keys.

What every Holdings building keeps

  • Architect-led

Designed by the studio from the first sketch — not adapted from a template.

  • Climate-first

Oriented to the south-east breeze, shaded from the western sun, planted and rain-harvesting.

  • Built to last

Exposed brick and concrete chosen for durability and low maintenance.

  • Shared ground

Community spaces and courtyards that make a building a neighbourhood.
